Why Chili & Not Pepper?

Beautiful Gardenia blossom in Fall                                     Why Chili & Not Pepper

Well, Why Not?  Pepper comes straight from a jar, convenient sure thing, good For you?,,, hmmm Let Think.. NO.. Its beautiful Peppercorn crushed into million pieces with other something else I don’t want to know.  Not even the real stuff.  Chili, tree growing in backyard, well you get a trip to the eternal garden, hear the birds rustling in the tree, caroling and canoodling in the beautiful foliage, nice smelling Jasmine, Gardenia, Roses, lavender bushes…A gale of wind playing with your locks , pushing you hair out of place, cooling your nape, while the red orange, brown and yellow fall leaves playing footsie with the soles of your shoes.  The few rain drops left over from the morning drizzle still glistening on the top of the naked  trees and brushes, like  little round naked diamonds, waiting to be picked.  The tantalizing breeze full of fragrant of beautiful flowers and herbs making you feel nostalgic, as you only took few steps out of your kitchen to the garden.  You bend down to inspect the lovely vibrant red yellow and orange chili fruits dangling like  earrings from the plants.  You twist a few put them in your little garden basket, with few other goodies from the garden.  You pause as you look up at the day unfolding right in front of you busy , whistling and wondering away. you muse, breathe the in the luxurious bountiful of  oxygen loaded air, smile to yourself and make your way back to the kitchen.

What just happened?
