Between you and I , I really love GRASS, and I bet you do too…right, you would go or do anything to get your hands on it, Buy, Borrow or grow your own, some of us even go to the extend of stealing it, right, well we are all guilty of it.  Its just so darn tasty, and smells  divine, but most of all what it does for your body,  mind and well-being is awesome!

Well , I hope we are talking about the same thing?  Yes I love and live by all varieties of my grass, all different types I use daily in my food.  So without any delay lets talk about all unique qualities and benefits of this food group and where to use them daily.
